To ensure high productivity and compliance with international quality standards, the production uses the appropriate technologies and equipment:

• • Cleaning of rolled metal (up to class Sa2 1/2, which corresponds to the standard ISO 8501) in an automated shot blasting chamber;
  • Plasma / gas cutting of metal sheets on ESAB COMBIREX 4000 and OMNICUT 3600 machines (table size 3 × 14 meters);
  • Cutting of profiled steel at any angle on semi-automatic band saw machines (maximum dimensions 1000х1000mm);
  • Bending of parts on the machine SBM 6000-10 (max length 6000mm, thickness 10mm);
  • Simultaneous drilling in three axes on the semi-automatic line FICEP EXCALIBUR (drilled hole up to 50 mm);
  • Welding
    – semi-automatic MIG, MAG;
    – automatic MIG, MAG welding of radial surfaces on the machine ESAB Cab 400M;
    – automatic, for high-quality welding of especially long joints (max length 25000mm, height 4500mm, width 5200mm;
    – use of self-propelled welding tractors TWIN WIRE;
  • Mechanical cutting on the guillotine Smax 12 Lmax3100;
  • Milling on horizontal and vertical machines;
  • Thermal treatment of parts in an electric furnace (900x900mm);
  • Anticorrosion treatment of parts, structures in the paint shop in accordance with the requirements of ISO 12944;
